You reach out through our website or phone, and we arrange a consultation to discuss your project, your goals, and your site. Our team leads the conversation and asks the right questions to understand your brief.
Stage 02
We translate your brief into initial concept designs, working through layout, materials, and how the space will function. Our design team drives this stage, with your feedback shaping each revision.
Stage 03
We prepare and lodge the required drawings and permits with council or a private certifier, and manage any requests for further information on your behalf.
Stage 04
We finalise your building contract, confirm specifications and selections, and schedule trades ahead of the build starting on site.
Stage 05
Your project moves through site setup, structural works, and fit-out, with our site manager overseeing trades and quality at every step.
Stage 06
We complete a final walkthrough with you, address any outstanding items, and hand over keys along with all warranty and compliance documentation.

You'll need to finalise your building contract and confirm your selections for fixtures, finishes, and any final design details before the build begins.
You stay in the loop throughout. You'll have scheduled site visits during construction, and our team will keep you updated on progress and any decisions that come up along the way.
It's a final walkthrough together. We resolve any outstanding items and provide you with keys and all warranty and compliance documentation for your new home.
