This custom designed home contains many unique design features and that combined with the use of uncommon building material meant we knew that this project would require careful management to ensure that the client’s design was able to be achieved.

We worked closely with the client’s in finalising their plans and assisting them in sourcing building materials that would still meet the code of Mullum Creek Estate design committee.
