As the first couple of unit developments we did were our own projects we have a good understanding of all the preliminary planning and associated fees involved in organising a unit development subdivision. We make that knowledge available for you and are happy to assist or even organise preliminaries if you choose to work with us for your development.
For development projects it’s important to make sure you’re happy with external details such as wall, window and even heating/cooling external unit locations before planning permits are submitted, as changing these details after your planning permit is stamped can be time consuming and has extra costs involved.
Craft Built Homes tend to win development projects where the owner/developer is keeping one or more of the units and they are looking for an above average quality of finish and a builder that will take the time to work with them to ensure selections and details are to their requirements. There are cheap townhouse builders available, but in domestic building you get what you pay for. A service where your expectations are exceeded is rarely going to be the cheapest option available.
